What exactly is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique – also known as “tapping.”
It’s a powerful, science-backed method that calms the nervous system, rewires limiting beliefs, and helps you emotionally release what’s no longer serving you.
We gently tap on specific acupressure points while tuning into emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations. It’s simple, yet deeply transformative.
How is this “coaching” different from therapy?
I offer a form of emotional and mindset coaching, rooted in nervous system awareness and belief work.
Unlike therapy, we don’t diagnose or treat mental illness – instead, we focus on where you are now and where you want to go.
Through powerful tools like EFT, we work together to clear emotional blocks, create inner safety, and help you step into the life you’re actually meant to live.

Do I need to be familiar with EFT to book a session?
Not at all. Many of my clients are brand new to tapping.I’ll guide you every step of the way, and you’ll be surprised how natural it begins to feel.
What happens in a session?
Each session is a gentle, collaborative experience – no pressure, no performance, no need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are.
We begin by checking in. You can share what’s been feeling heavy or stuck, what’s alive in your emotional world, or even something subtle that you can’t quite name yet. From there, we’ll explore what your nervous system might need most that day – whether it’s regulation, emotional release, clarity, grounding, or support around a specific belief or situation.
I’ll guide you step by step through the EFT process – using carefully chosen language and acupressure points that your brain gently will respond to. You don’t need to know how to “do it right” – you just follow along and stay open to what arises.
Sometimes we go deep. Sometimes it’s lighter. Sometimes it’s unexpectedly emotional –sometimes it’s a quiet exhale. It’s always guided by what your system is ready for, and we move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling more connected, clear, and grounded – and to carry that shift into the rest of your life.
How often should I do this work?
I tap daily, but the biggest and most monumental shifts happened after the first few sessions. It’s entirely up to you.

- navigating heartbreak or big life transitions
